- Maintain relationships, meet contractual obligations, and drive business outcomes.
Duties:
- Develop account plans, track performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights.
- Act as primary contact, resolve issues, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Travel 50% to client sites and industry events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in collision repair account management or operations.
- Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and repair management software proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
