Recipharm is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation that provides pharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical trial material development and manufacturing, and pharmaceutical product development services. Its biologics segment, Reci Bio Pharm , develops and manufactures advanced therapy medicinal products, including products based on live viruses and viral vectors, live-microbial biopharmaceutical products, mRNA, and plasmid DNA.
Задачи:- Define, implement, and maintain project management systems, tools, and reporting frameworks across the business
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects, including Technology Transfer/NPI and Engineering
- Align project management practices across the organization through training, governance, standards, and templates
- Lead and execute complex, multi-site projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate contributing disciplines and ensure clear communication and project execution
- Identify and manage portfolio risks, dependencies, and resourcing conflicts
- Provide structured project and portfolio status reports to senior stakeholders
- Significant project management experience in a CDMO, pharmaceutical, or biotech manufacturing environment
- Direct experience with technology transfer and/or NPI projects
- Formal project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects
- Experience designing or improving project management tools, templates, standards, or governance frameworks
- Ability to lead multi-site or cross-country projects and align stakeholders without direct line authority
- Ability to collaborate across Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Applicants must have EU/UK citizenship, or a valid work/residence permit and permanent residence in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, or Portugal
