This position supports the Health Information Systems Business. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Manage and/or support managing federal partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and our Government customers and vendors
• Manage the HIS Oracle relationship and contract that includes FMS, Rev Cycle, and GAMN businesses. Look for opportunities for growth, strategic alignment, and risk management
• Manage the FMS and RHSP Optimization Program that includes the use of AI and automation to enable a more streamlined federal offering of Rev Cycle and GAMN products through our RHSP
• Oversee the FMS milestones aligned with business management to ensure revenue is generated, risk identified and adjudicated
• Manage the P&L for RHSP to include bowler updates, associated contracts, and revenue opportunities
• Manage all aligned federal contracts that support FMS development and training to include the Kreative contract and aligned personnel
• Developing new proposals to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fixed priced contracts and milestone-based payments
• Develop and implement project management controls to accomplish financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality assurance contractual requirements
• Understands Proft and Loss (P&L) concepts and is prepared to assume those solutions that specifically support government initiatives and products with the ability to understand current and future strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for both short- and long-term development
• Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions with a growth mindset and understanding of the relationship between revenue and implementation
