Associate Director, Billing Strategy – Denials & Appeals; Fully Remote

• Natera seeks an Associate Director to lead denials and appeals strategy, performance, and optimization.
• This senior individual contributor role drives payer advocacy and partners cross-functionally to improve reimbursement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead denial management and appeals strategy across all payer types and track overturn rates.
• Partner with engineering and vendors to automate denial and appeals workflows.
• Analyze denial trends using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to quantify drivers and financial impact.
