E-commerce Operations Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day functioning of their online business. This role is fully remote, providing the flexibility to manage operations from any location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service excellence, and efficient supply chain logistics. • Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns management.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead and mentor the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record in optimizing order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
