Manager, Field Service- Northeast Region; Fully Remote

• Oversee regional field service operations and team leadership for Team Leads and Field Service Engineers.
• Manage scheduling, KPIs, and Salesforce case management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with Technical Support and Customer Assistance Team for escalation management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years of service management experience.
• Advanced technical expertise on Bruker systems or similar analytical instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Base salary range between $108,000 and $173,000 per year.
