Position: Senior Manager 2, Supply Management
This remote based position will lLead strategy for coffee, tea, cocoa and water, applying knowledge of commodity markets, consumer trends, retail café needs and innovation to drive growth, value and competitive beverage programs.

Develop and deploy scalable beverage programs, including equipment selection, installation and service. Translate category strategy into solutions that support retail growth and patient, student and staff needs.

About the jobYou will drive the strategic execution of supply management and procurement initiatives that elevate operational efficiency and commercial performance. You will partner across teams to implement innovative solutions, lead complex projects, and activate programs that deliver measurable business growth and value.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $100130 per year - $155540 per year Incentive Eligibility:
Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What’s in it for you Manage the full lifecycle of supplier enablement, procurement-to-pay (P2P), and master data projects, ensuring effective design, planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication among Supply Management, technology, finance, marketing, vendors, and other internal and external partners to drive project success.

Develop and execute rollout strategies, training programs, and communication plans to support new client onboarding, system launches, and supply chain initiatives.

Lead category management efforts including contract negotiation, vendor management, cost control, compliance, and risk mitigation aligned with company policies.

Oversee Salesforce platform management and analytics, providing data-driven insights, dashboards, training, and continuous improvement to enhance operational transparency and accountability.

Support supplier engagement and growth initiatives through collaborative partnerships, data-driven business opportunities, event management, and alignment with organizational goals for measurable impact.

What you’ll bring

Proven leadership in driving cross-functional projects and managing complex supply chain or procurement initiatives from end to end.

Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute category management, vendor negotiations, and risk mitigation plans.
