Lead From the Floor
Remote Testing is a fast-moving operation where security matters, details matter, and strong frontline leadership matters.
We are looking for Team Leads who want to be actively involved in the operation-not manage it from the sidelines.
As a Team Lead, you will be the frontline leader employees look to throughout the shift. You'll manage workflow, answer questions, identify problems, support your team, and help ensure candidates receive a secure and professional testing experience.
And when the team needs help,
you jump in.
- Run day-to-day Remote Testing operations during your assigned shift
- Maintain an active and visible leadership presence with the team
- Monitor testing queues, staffing, workflow, and assignments in real time
- Assign onboarding and proctoring sessions
- Ensure established testing and security procedures are being followed
- Identify unusual or potentially suspicious testing activity and escalat appropriately
- Assist employees with questions and real-time problem solving
- Handle initial candidate escalations and operational concerns
- Communicate important issues and shift information to the Supervisor and other Team Leads
- Provide immediate coaching and feedback when needed
- Document employee or operational concerns for Supervisor follow-up
- Coordinate breaks and coverage to maintain service levels
- Step in as an OBA or Proctor whenever operational demand requires it
- Support calls, emails, or SMS when additional customer-service coverage is needed
Our Team Leads aren't removed from the work-they are part of it.
There may be times when you're directing the operation one minute and onboarding or proctoring a candidate the next.
We're looking for someone who sees a growing queue and thinks "Where do you need me?" rather than waiting to be asked to help.
You'll have the authority to provide real-time direction and coaching to employees while partnering with the Supervisor on attendance, performance concerns, corrective actions, and other formal employee matters.
Team Lead CoverageOur Team Leads provide overlapping coverage throughout the entire Remote Testing day. The overlapping schedule allows Team Leads to communicate, coordinate coverage, and provide continuity between shifts.
What We're Looking For- Previous leadership, senior-agent, trainer, or Team Lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable giving employees direction and immediate feedback
- Able to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Highly observant with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable identifying and escalating potential security concerns
- Technically savvy and comfortable troubleshooting
- Able to prioritize several competing needs at once
- Willing to jump into frontline work whenever the operation needs support
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent
- Comfortable working within strict procedures and security requirements
Experience in remote testing, proctoring, call centers, customer service, or operations is strongly preferred.
What Success Looks LikeA successful Team Lead doesn't simply keep track of what is happening.
They know what's happening.
Your team knows you're available. Problems are identified early. Directions are followed. Important information is communicated. Coverage is maintained. And when volume increases, you're right there working alongside the team.
Why Prov? You've an opportunity to develop your leadership skills while remaining closely connected to the operation and the people you lead.
For someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others succeed, taking ownership, and being part of the action
, this is an opportunity to make a noticeable impact every day.
