The Opportunity
As our Senior Program Manager
, you'll serve as the connective force behind major technology and software initiatives, ensuring strategy translates into measurable results. You'll establish delivery excellence across programs, provide portfolio-level visibility into priorities and resources, and help teams stay focused on what matters most. By partnering with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors, you'll drive accountability, remove barriers, and keep critical projects moving forward.

Work Location
- RW Thrive is headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a remote position, working from a home office, with occasional in-person visits to headquarters as business needs require. There is no fixed recurring in-office schedule.
Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities
- Translate leadership priorities and strategic objectives into executable program plans with defined owners, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and target dates.
- Build and manage integrated delivery schedules across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and external commitments.
- Own and maintain the action register as the single source of truth for commitments, including ownership, due dates, status, and accountability.
- Establish and lead a consistent delivery governance cadence, monitoring progress, resolving overdue items, and escalating exceptions or risks as needed.
- Define and manage release, decision, and delivery gates with clear criteria, target dates, and accountable decision-makers.
- Provide portfolio-level oversight of priorities, dependencies, risks, schedule conflicts, and competing demands to support leadership decision-making.
- Evaluate resource capacity across internal teams and external vendors, identify constraints and concentration risks, and recommend allocation adjustments to support delivery commitments.
- Establish and maintain consistent program management standards, processes, tools, reporting practices, and accountability frameworks across assigned programs.
