You have led a sales team and owned the number. Not supported it, not monitored it — owned it. You have hired, coached, held people accountable, and rebuilt a process that was not working. You know what a high-performing sales team looks like because you have built one, and you know what a broken one looks like because you have fixed one.
You are also an operator. You do not hand off the systems work to someone else. You build the dashboards, design the process, write the playbook, and set up the infrastructure that makes the team's work consistent and scalable. When something is falling through the cracks — a patient who did not reorder, a follow-up that never happened, a metric nobody is watching — you see it and you fix it.
Most roles have asked you to be one or the other. You have been in sales leadership, or you have been in operations. What you want is to own the whole thing: the revenue line, the team, the customer experience, the systems, and the outcomes.
What you are tired of: programs that generate revenue but not results, teams that hit activity numbers but not standards, and leadership that cannot tell the difference. You want a role where you build it right, hold people accountable to something meaningful, and see the results in the numbers.
About bVitalbVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health practice in Park City, Utah. We offer IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, and a growing supplement program for patients committed to meaningful health outcomes. Our supplement business is growing and we are building the team and infrastructure to match. That means bringing in a leader who can own the commercial side, develop the people underneath it, run the operational backbone, and drive the program forward with the same rigor we apply to our clinical work.
If you want to build something real at a company that takes quality seriously, this is the role.
You are the general manager of bVital's supplement program. You own the revenue, the team, the customer experience, the systems, and the strategy. The Supplement Sales Specialist and supplement-focused customer service team members report to or are accountable to you. As the program grows, you build out the team beneath you.
This is not a coordinator role. This is not a pure sales role. This is a program leadership role with a real P&L, a coaching responsibility, an operational build-out, and accountability for outcomes across the full supplement customer journey.
Sales Leadership and Team Coaching- Directly coach the Supplement Sales Specialist: review calls, give feedback, develop skills, and hold them accountable to conversion and retention targets.
- Set clear sales targets, track performance weekly, and run a regular cadence of performance reviews that drive real improvement.
- Review call recordings and patient interactions to identify where the team is winning and where they are losing.
- Develop and maintain the supplement sales playbook: objection handling, follow-up sequences, conversation frameworks, and onboarding scripts.
- Recruit and onboard additional sales team members as the program grows.
- Own the operational systems that make the supplement program run: CRM setup and hygiene, follow-up sequences, reorder workflows, and patient journey touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a supplement program performance dashboard that gives leadership a clear view of what is working, what is not, and what is next.
- Identify gaps in the patient journey where revenue or experience is being lost and bring concrete proposals to leadership.
- Monitor program margins, reorder rates, and customer lifetime value and use those metrics…
