Job Description & How to Apply Below
Job Summary    The Sr. Facilities Manager is the accountable owner of the reactive and program repair and maintenance (R&M) vendor network that supports Option Care Health’s non-cleanroom facilities portfolio. This role runs the day-to-day performance of reactive service vendors and recurring program vendors, owns the maintenance and repair (R&M) program budget, leads emergency management and escalation, and builds and maintains the scopes of work for recurring programs.
The role is highly analytical and system-driven. The Sr. Manager uses the CMMS as the system of record for work orders, vendor performance, and spend, and translates that data into vendor decisions, scope refinements, cost controls, and clear reporting to Facilities leadership. The Sr. Manager partners closely with Operations, Patient Care leadership, Finance, Procurement, Construction & Design, Real Estate, Facilities Controlled Environments, and external vendors to keep sites safe, compliant, and operating.
