Regional Director of Operations - Senior Living; Fully Remote

• Oversee multiple Senior Living Communities and manage the leadership team.
• Drive company goals, census growth, team member relations, and policy adherence.
• Support Executive Directors in their personal and professional development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage administrative operations and collaborate on budgets and business plans.
• Ensure highest quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Increase census growth and oversee state surveys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field;
  Master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of multi-site or regional management experience.
• Proven ability to track industry trends, create business plans, and lead a team.

• Full-time salaried position with remote work covering DE, PA, and Southern NJ.
• Travel required to communities.
