- Remote working USA Service Now Contract
An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Now Engagement Managerto be based on a contract basis for 6 months+ in a remote working contract role in the USA. This will be a 30+ hours per week contract..working in the Public sector for a USC ONLY.
Applicants require :
Consulting
- 8 years+ Project management experience
- 5 years+ Service Now Project management - ESSENTIAL
- HRSD, SAM, EC Pro
- Service Now certification - CSA, CIS x 2 + Scrum Master certified, PMP
- Public Sector experience
- Ability to manage projects independently
Rate
- Negotiable
The role involves managing multiple projects, delivery and timeline management, risk management, financial management, delivery operations, support, documentation, budget management, resource management, stakeholder management, project planning and team leadership in Service Now.
