.

Our client delivers high-value solutions across Detailed Design, BIM implementation, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and software development. They are looking for a visionary commercial leader to architect their next phase of expansion across the region.

The Role

This position balances high-level strategic growth with operational execution. You will drive regional strategy, build C-suite relationships, and lead a high-performing business development team to scale multi-million-pound revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Define and execute market entry strategies across key growth regions.
• Account Expansion: Standardize the global pipeline and manage high-value account life cycles toward long-term strategic contracts.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a team of BD managers, fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture.
• C-Suite Advisory: Serve as the primary senior contact, translating complex technical capability into compelling strategic outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
• Track Record:
  10-17 years of proven Business Development, Sales, or Project Management leadership within the AEC or consulting sector.
• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of AEC workflows, digital engineering, and VDC technology trends.

  Demonstrated capability in securing large-scale complex contracts, with an existing network of senior decision-makers in infrastructure and engineering.
