Kensington School, a premier private preschool with over 55 years of excellence in Early Childhood Education, is seeking an experienced and passionate Director in Training to lead one of our schools and join our growing leadership team!

With extensive support from our Home Office in Admissions, Payroll, Hiring, Curriculum, Maintenance, Publishing, IT, Purchasing, and Food Services, our Directors can spend less time managing behind-the-scenes operations and more time building meaningful relationships, developing their teams, and creating a thriving school community.

• Must meet or exceed Illinois DCFS Director qualification requirements.
• Previous leadership and administrative experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences for children and families.
