The Manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.
Responsibilities- Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
- Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
- Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
- Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
- Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
- Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
- Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 0-3+ years of electronics experience
- Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Ability to work with diverse groups
- Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment
- Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools
- Strong customer service and client focus
- Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products

2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management

$21.55 to $26.94 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
