As a Shop Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry experience and the ability to safely operate small power tools. This is a hands‑on position that may involve:
- Assembling and building products using tools and equipment
- Cleaning and preparing products for delivery or installation
- Operating machinery to produce and cut materials
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Duties and Responsibilities- Build drawers
- Cut rail and pole
- Sort, clean and organize products
- Inspect inventory for conformance to company standards
- Operate saws, edge banders, CNC machines. (Training provided)
- Operate a forklift to help move and store inventory
- Stage products
- Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Forklift experience and certification a plus!
