Independent Print & Design & Independent Wraps & Customs Boca Raton, FL | Full-Time | IN-PERSON

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Production Manager to become a long-term part of our team.

We're a fast-paced print and wrap shop working with everyone from national brands and franchise systems to local mom-and-pop businesses and brand-new startups. We produce signs, banners, graphics, vehicle wraps, digital printing, apparel and just about everything in between.

We're looking for someone who knows production, can keep up with a busy shop, and isn't afraid to jump in and help the team when needed.

Hands-on experience with wide-format production is important, including:

• Wide-format printers
• Laminators
• Plotters
• Flexi software
• Vinyls, laminates and different print materials
• File setup, prepress and troubleshooting
• Keeping production organized and jobs moving

Our current Production Manager is staying with us and will train the right person on our equipment, workflow and how we do things. You don't need to know our shop on Day 1... you do need to bring a solid production background, a willingness to learn and ideally some knowledge that can make us better.

If you have experience designing, setting up files and printing vehicle wraps, we REALLY want to hear from you.

Someone who understands vehicle templates, panel setup, bleeds, overlaps, scaling and can help take a wrap from design/prepress → RIP → print → laminate → cut → ready for installation would be a huge asset to our company.

Experience with any of these puts you higher on our radar:

• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and graphic design
• Digital printing and bindery equipment
• Sign production and finishing
• Vinyl installation
• Color management and prepress

And if you bring a skill or knowledge that we don't currently have— even better. We're always looking for ways to improve.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, easy to work with and has a good personality.

Our shop has a relaxed, chill and fun atmosphere, but don't confuse relaxed with slow. We work hard, move fast and take pride in what we produce.

This is a 100% hands-on, in-person position in Boca Raton, Florida. It cannot be done remotely.
