** location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.### ###

* Role Responsibilities:

*** ### Perform correct production methods with correct machinery to properly complete assigned operation* ### Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leader to achieve high efficiency, high quality, and to ensure all questions are answered* ### Ensure correct material is staged by checking material part numbers against first-piece sheet* ### Inspect work of the last operator and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable* ### Communicate with the next operation on the line to ensure they are receiving quality assemblies, using positive feedback and constructive criticism to increase quality and efficiency* ### Timely completion of 6S/TPM’s* ### Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures* ### Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required### ###

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** ### Follow set-up sheets, route sheets and schedules* ### Follow written and oral instruction* ### Exhibit mechanical aptitude* ### Problem solve efficiently and effectively* ### Retain knowledge of the department of operation* ### Maintain consistent high quality in work habits and make sound decisions* ### Communicate effectively with all plant employees* ### Maintain accurate records* ### Adhere to safety procedures* ### Exhibit attention to detail* ### Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast paced work environment* ### Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees* ### Work in a team environment toward a common goal### * ###
