Job Description & How to Apply Below
Own the architecture of streaming and consensus-critical systems for clients whose failure modes make the news. You will design on paper, defend the design in review, and then build it with a small senior team.
What we're looking for- 01
A decade of production distributed-systems work — you have debugged a partition at 3 a.m. and redesigned so it never recurred
- 02
Fluency in at least two of:
Rust, Go, JVM internals, Postgres internals, Kafka internals - 03
Writing that makes complex systems legible to executives and new hires alike
- Top-of-market compensation, reviewed annually against the market — not against last year
- Work from any Algoryq city; relocation supported
- A hardware and learning budget you don't have to ask permission to spend
- Six weeks minimum leave, and leadership that visibly takes it
