Responsibilities:
- Ensure purchase orders are entered correctly into D365 and submit POs to vendors via Next or email.
- Maintain accurate data in tracking tools, review vendor tasks, and perform PO adjustments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn D365 and Nexus.
- Hourly salary range $21.50-$30.00, bonus up to 5% of base salary.
- Accrued PTO up to 112 hours per year, 8 paid holidays, and 1 family day off.
- Remote with standard working hours 8:00-5:00 PST.
- Periodic travel may be required.
