We’re on the hunt for a proactive and strategic Account Manager
. You’ll be the day‑to‑day lead on client accounts, connecting teams, managing projects, and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, creatively, and effectively. You’ll act as the voice of the client within the agency and the champion of the work for the client, balancing creativity, strategy, and precision to deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and become their go‑to strategic partner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, industries, and challenges.
  • Ensure all marketing objectives are met in line with approved plans and strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and recommend smart solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — creative, strategy, and production — to ensure flawless execution.
  • Lead and mentor your account team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Support account planners in interpreting and applying market research insights.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and cost controls to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare campaign reports and performance insights with data‑driven recommendations.
  • Contribute to new business efforts, RFPs, and proposal development.
  • Spot upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
  • Maintain excellent communication with Account Directors, keeping them updated on all account activities.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive in an agency environment.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with sound judgment and an eye for great work.
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented under pressure.
  • Team player with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
