. This position is remote but based in Singapore and requires fluency in Japanese or Korean.
Position: Account Specialist, Affiliate Marketing
Location: Singapore
The role is primarily remote (work‑from‑home), with possible travel for client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
The Role: As an Account Specialist, you will manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple affiliate programs. You will handle affiliate communications, reporting, recruitment, newsletters, fraud checks and data analysis, and collaborate with managers and peers for program effectiveness.
Top 5 Responsibilities- Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including newsletters and promotional updates.
- Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) to produce detailed reports, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Own and manage client tasks independently, ensuring deadlines and accuracy.
- Manage multiple affiliate campaigns, maintain a balanced focus, and handle risks, fraud and compliance.
- Collaborate with peers and management to share process improvements and best practices.
- By 6 Months: Proficiency in program operations, regular presentation of new ideas, strong client and affiliate relationships.
- By 1 Year: Independent problem solving, process improvements, new account responsibilities, and leadership contributions.
- Strong curiosity, critical thinker, confident under pressure.
- Flexible, resilient, coachable, service‑oriented.
- Proactive, outcome‑focused, strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Japanese or Korean.
- 1‑2 years experience in online marketing, e‑commerce, or affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks (Share
ASale, CJ, Impact) a plus. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Knowledge of HTML a plus.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings.
