SummaryAs Director of Sales Marketing, you will drive marketing initiatives for NFP’s sales organization in North America, develop go‑to‑market strategies, lead large‑scale sales campaigns, and oversee impact reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead sales marketing initiatives for the US and Canada.
- Key contact for Sales Operations, CSO, distribution, enablement, producer recruiting, and corporate development teams.
- Strategic owner of sales marketing campaigns: oversee portfolio, track measurement, develop go‑to‑market strategy, identify target audience and value prop, set KPIs.
- Collaborate with brand and digital marketing on campaign assets and deliverables.
- Own sales marketing analytics: provide ongoing reporting to marketing and sales leadership in collaboration with digital, brand, and SEM heads.
- Advises marketing managers on go‑to‑market strategy and enablement of sales initiatives.
- Partner with field marketing leader on regional initiatives and nationalize opportunities.
- Lead the marketing plan for joint sales initiatives between NFP and Aon, Connected Value.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create templated outreach, kits, and producer marketing.
- Support sales and marketing tech stack and optimize tool usage.
- Support integrated sales campaigns partnering with corporate development teams.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to maintain the lead handoff process from and other campaigns.
- Manage and coach the Sales Marketing Manager reporting directly into this role.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and buyer journey stages.
- Expertise in marketing plan, strategy, and timeline development.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Sales Loft, Linked In Sales Navigator, event marketing, and industry sponsorship marketing.
- Strong project management skills, workflow routing, and creative production stages.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience.
Competitive salary ($90,000–$126,000 base), PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. Base salary determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope, and geographic location. Eligible for performance‑based incentives.
