Join a dynamic wine retail brand as a Social Media Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the online presence of a leading retailer known for its exclusive selection of biodynamic wines. This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to develop and execute creative social media strategies that engage wine enthusiasts and elevate brand awareness. You will manage content creation and scheduling for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and compelling.
Your passion for social media and interest in the wine industry will be essential as you analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Deliverables
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the wine retail sector
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and marketing campaigns
- Respond to community interactions and foster engagement with followers
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices within the food and beverage industry
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing social media channels, preferably for retail or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of content creation, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling visual and written content
- Affinity for wine and interest in the wine industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (required)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Remote work capability with flexible availability
