• Build relationships and trust with existing client contacts to meet and exceed ongoing contract deliverables and overall expectations
• Project/task manage day‑to‑day efforts in support of assigned accounts
• Lead/co‑lead internal planning meetings, brainstorm sessions, and the development of integrated communications strategies
• Lead/co‑lead client immersion sessions and strategic, external planning meetings
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop client collateral in support of branding and marketing initiatives across paid and organic print and digital platforms
• Plan, track, and manage project and client budgets and timelines, with the ability to identify issues quickly and effectively, and course‑correct as needed
• Analyze, report, and present the effectiveness/performance of integrated marketing campaigns and efforts
• Mentor and empower teammates, elevating work developed by team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment
• Continually seek training and education in new skills and tools related to your work

• 6–7 years of experience in an agency setting
• 1+ years of experience in a staff‑management position
• BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications with a strong writing foundation
• A strong understanding of the integrated relationship between marketing tactics and channels and an analytical approach to optimization
• Experience using agency platforms for timekeeping, project management, etc.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), relationship‑building skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, be accountable in meeting deadlines, and possess a willingness to take ownership
