Virtual Assistant / Part-Time Social Media Manager

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant / Part-Time Social Media Manager to help elevate our digital presence and support our growing brand. If you’re passionate about beauty, branding, and building authentic online communities, this role is for you!

• Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
• Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Research and apply the latest beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, influencer outreach, and content planning.
• Provide additional support for other administrative needs as required.

• Proven experience in social media management and/or virtual assistance.
• Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Passion for beauty, empowerment, and creating meaningful online connections.
