We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Director of Channel Strategy and Marketing Operations to lead our marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) across Paid Media, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, Owned Site Marketing, and Marketing Analytics. This leader will drive channel strategy, execution, and performance, and partner cross-functionally to bring go-to-market (GTM) and evergreen campaigns to life. You will serve as the connective tissue between channel execution and cross-functional partners in Product Marketing, Content, Business Operations, and Product.
While Product Marketing will own the GTM strategy, you will lead the end-to-end execution through your channel teams, ensuring consistency, scale, and performance across the funnel. This is a high-visibility role for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable systems that deliver measurable growth.
- Lead Marketing COEs:
Own strategy and execution for core channels, including:- Paid Marketing:
Acquisition-focused paid media strategy across digital platforms. - CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
Email, push, and in-product communications to drive engagement and retention. - Owned Site Marketing:
Optimization of website real estate for acquisition, cross-sell, and engagement goals. - Marketing Analytics:
Deliver performance insights, reporting infrastructure, and campaign optimization support.
- Paid Marketing:
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate GTM strategies into high-performing, multi-channel campaigns. Lead execution across all owned marketing channels for both product launches and evergreen initiatives.
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
Develop annual and quarterly plans, set channel-level KPIs, allocate budgets, and forecast performance across all COEs. - Cross-functional Partnership:
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Product, and Business Operations to align messaging, targeting, measurement, and channel mix. - Manage and grow a high-performing team of channel experts. Build systems, processes, and operating rhythms to drive alignment, execution, and results.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Implement best-in-class practices to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on strategy, operations, and
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, including direct ownership of performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and marketing analytics.
- Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset and deep comfort working with marketing data and
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and partner with diverse teams including product, content, and business operations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills; able to drive clarity and accountability across complex initiatives.
- Experience in a high-growth, product-led or subscription-based environment preferred.

- $130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience
- 15% yearly bonus based on company performance
