Forge Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Marketing Specialist for a well-established law firm in downtown Toronto. This newly created position is a result of continued growth and offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days working from home per week) after the 3-month probation period.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist supports marketing, communications, and business development initiatives, including events, social media, copywriting, CRM management, campaigns, budgets, and stakeholder coordination, while analyzing results, staying on top of market trends, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The Offer

What You Bring
We're looking for a marketing professional with 6 9 years of law firm experience and a bachelor's degree, who excels in digital marketing, CRM management, copywriting, event management, and strategic communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and handle sensitive matters with discretion. The candidate should be proficient with relevant software, including CRM systems, Adobe Express, Kofax Power PDF, Word Press, , and Hootsuite.

Experience in videography and Premiere Pro editing is a strong plus.
