About the Role
We’re looking for a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist – someone who thrives in the fast‑moving world of SaaS and B2B marketing and knows how to make a big impact with budgets and even bigger ideas. The Programmatic Strategist is a crucial, client‑facing role responsible for day‑to‑day management of our programmatic clients, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting across all programmatic channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio, etc.).
They create and manage custom client strategies and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Campaign Management:
Oversee day‑to‑day execution of programmatic campaigns across channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio, etc.). - Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to create media strategies aligned with client objectives. - Data Integration:
Leverage first‑party and third‑party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation. - Campaign Setup:
Develop and implement programmatic campaigns via DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and others. - Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance and pacing goals. - Reporting:
Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Troubleshooting:
Quickly identify and resolve campaign performance and delivery issues. - Cross‑Functional Coordination:
Work closely with creative, analytics, and account teams for cohesive execution. - Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategy adjustments. - Presentation:
Present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus B2B experience).
- Hands‑on expertise in media buying and building optimization campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360.
- Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels (both paid and organic) work together to holistically surpass client KPIs.
- Experience driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k per month.
- Strong cross‑collaboration skills, both within the organization and externally (client‑facing), with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset capable of balancing multiple projects effectively.
