Position: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC)

Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC)

Ready to take the lead on performance marketing and drive real business results? At Accel Club, we’re building a portfolio of successful global brands — and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) to take ownership of paid search strategy and execution.

In this role, you’ll manage campaigns end to end — optimizing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our marketing investments translate into measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, analytics, and creative teams to scale our brands efficiently and strategically.

💡
Experience with Amazon Ads is NOT required!

We’ll teach you everything you need — if you’ve run strong PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising, we encourage you to apply.

What We’re Looking For

Paid search is one of our core growth engines. It helps us attract the right customers and maximize sales across Amazon and other platforms — while improving organic visibility and long-term brand performance.

Accel Club is a global consumer goods platform. We acquire and scale profitable e-commerce brands — primarily on Amazon — through operational expertise, data‑driven decision‑making, and high‑performance marketing.

  • 90% Amazon Ads
  • Amazon product pages
  • Our own brand websites (DTC)
What You’ll Do
  • Own advertising tools such as Amazon Ads and Google Ads
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy and self‑sufficiency
  • Cross‑functionally collaborate with operations and growth teams to optimize landing pages, driving measurable increases in conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other teams to establish an alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Sales, etc.
  • Put forward new innovative ideas to test to drive performance improvements
  • Report results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
What You Bring
  • Strong hands‑on paid search experience on any advertising platform (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Amazon Ads)
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio (data manipulation, basic formulas, making charts, pivot tables, and analyzing data)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience utilizing data to drive improvements
  • Ability to make technical requirements for analysts to automate the reports you need
  • Ability and understanding of how to scale advertising campaigns
About the Performance Marketing Team
