Vigilbase is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will support demand generation, content, and product marketing activities to raise awareness of our cybersecurity services and help prospects and customers understand the value we deliver.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop, launch and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, events) aligned to product and revenue goals.
Track campaign performance, run A/B tests and iterate to improve conversion and ROI.
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
Produce high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages and social copy that communicate technical concepts in clear, audience-appropriate language.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to turn technical insights into customer-focused messaging.
Product Marketing & Enablement
Support product launches with positioning, value propositions, sales collateral and go-to-market plans.
Create enablement materials for sales and customer success to ensure consistent messaging across the buyer journey.
Demand Generation & Lead Nurture
Manage lead nurturing programmes and marketing automation workflows to move prospects through the funnel.
Work with sales to define lead qualification criteria and optimise handover processes.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Report on marketing KPIs, provide insights and recommend optimisations to improve pipeline contribution.
Maintain dashboards, conduct competitor analysis and feed learnings into strategy.

Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B marketing, ideally within technology or cybersecurity
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce), email marketing and analytics
Familiarity with content creation, SEO best practices and social media management
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions and optimise performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team; self-motivated and organised
