We are looking for a dynamic marketing, content & communications specialist to join our APAC team. In addition to generating compelling content ideas that grow our online communities, you will contribute to a wide range of communications initiatives: award submissions, RFIs, new business proposals, newsletters and internal communications.
Supporting our new business team at MSL APAC, along with our APAC communications team, you will help to strengthen our regional culture, grow our client portfolio and enhance our reputation cohesively across 15 markets.
OverviewAbout the Role:
Marketing & New Business
- New Business Co-ordinator:
Create a central resource or information hub for RFIs and new business proposals. - Targeted communications:
Create a broad mix of communications materials, from RFIs to client presentations. - Relationship building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with employees across the business to encourage participation in RFIs. - Award submissions:
Support the creation of industry award submissions, from writing/editing copy to collating images. - Collaboration and confidentiality:
Work collaboratively with stakeholders while managing confidentiality with discretion.
Content & Community Engagement
- Content management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports our organisational goals; raises awareness of our work and people programs; and champions the richness of our markets and cultures across APAC. - Manage content calendars:
Plan content according to events, award wins, campaign launches, and cultural moments.
- Reporting:
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Internal communications:
Back-end administrative support for publishing and uploading content on Marcel, our employee experience and growth platform.
- Brand guidelines and visual consistency:
Champion our brand guidelines and brand ‘voice’ across all channels.

- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills:
Ability to distil complex business capabilities and perspectives into engaging content. - Digitally-native and AI literate:
Passionate about staying up-to-date with social media trends and AI tools, brainstorming ideas to improve reach and engagement. - Cultural Passion:

- Demonstrated track record: 2+ years’ experience in social media management, marketing or communications
- Creative Thinking:
Innovative problem solver with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail. - Attention to Detail:
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. - Design capabilities:
Some proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or AI-generated prompting is preferred, but not essential
