About the RoleExecute external-facing marketing campaigns that support conversion and demand
, with a strong bias toward execution excellence and learning velocity
, not brand theory.
This role supports B2T and/or B2B campaigns through disciplined publishing, light performance testing, and structured reporting.
Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Execution- Build and execute campaigns aligned with business priorities (B2T or B2B).
- Translate campaign briefs into concrete assets and publishing plans.
- Coordinate with creative, studio, or external partners as required.
- Draft or refine content briefs.
- Coordinate asset development and repurpose existing content.
- Ensure messaging consistency across channels.
- Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across assigned channels.
- Schedule posts, manage captions, and handle basic community replies if assigned.
- Ensure campaigns go live on time and as planned.
- Execute basic paid boosts and targeting (where applicable).
- Support simple A/B testing of creatives or messaging.
- Track performance at a practical level (CTR, CPL, conversions where relevant).
- Recommend copy tweaks and CTA improvements.
- Maintain basic UTM hygiene and campaign tagging.
- Flag conversion drop-offs or issues for escalation.
- Produce weekly campaign performance summaries.
- Highlight learnings, trends, and recommendations.
- Close the loop between execution and outcomes.
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or campaign execution roles.
- Hands‑on experience publishing and managing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of paid media and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or service‑based businesses.
- Familiarity with basic analytics tools, ad managers, or CMS platforms.
- Experience coordinating with creatives or agencies.

May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM) - Workdays:
Five-day workweek with two rest days. - Location:
Fully remote, with once-a-month in-person gatherings within the NCR area - Fully comfortable with time monitoring software
- Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
