In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at generating demand and driving revenue. You will collaborate across various teams to design and implement integrated campaigns spanning digital channels and support sales materials.

By analyzing performance metrics, you will ensure campaigns effectively target key customer segments, enhancing both customer engagement and pipeline growth. Your passion for innovation will play a crucial role in shaping impactful marketing strategies.

• Plan, execute and measure integrated campaigns across web, email, social, paid media, and events.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and design teams.
• Manage external vendors and agencies as required.
• Track KPIs and report campaign effectiveness to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of marketing experience.
• Experience running B2B campaigns across various audiences.
• Preferred experience in real estate, title insurance, or underwriting.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Hub Spot, and Google Analytics.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Data-first mindset with skills in tracking and attribution setup.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Established history of ROI-driven marketing and lead generation.
• Knowledge of media and media buying.
