Marketing Campaign Manager, IP&E

The Marketing Campaign Manager, IP&E is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that support Arrow’s Global Components business with a focus on IP&E (Interconnects, Passives, and Electromechanical components). This role sits within Arrow’s Corporate Marketing organization and works in close partnership with cross-functional teams to drive aligned, effective go-to-market execution.

Highly collaborative by design, this role operates in a matrixed environment and is dedicated to supporting IP&E supplier management and IP&E product groups. The Marketing Campaign Manager partners across teams to translate business and product priorities into clear campaign plans, ensure coordinated execution across channels, and deliver measurable results.
** What You’ll Be Doing:
** Plan and manage marketing campaigns in support of Global Components, IP&E related priorities
** What We Are Looking For:
** 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within electronics, components, industrial, or technology-driven environments Direct experience managing integrated marketing campaigns supporting product portfolios, business units, or vertical markets—owning planning, execution, and performance measurement Proven ability to manage always-on and programmatic marketing efforts, balancing baseline demand generation with incremental campaign investments to support business priorities Experience working in a highly collaborative, matrixed organization, partnering closely with product management, supplier management, sales, and marketing teams Highly analytical and data-driven, with hands-on experience using performance data to evaluate effectiveness and inform optimization and planning decisions Strong planning and budget management skills, including forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams or external partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution

Direct experience in electronics distribution, components, or B2B technology, particularly within IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical) or adjacent product categories

Experience supporting IP&E product groups or suppliers, including translating technical product positioning into effective marketing programs Working knowledge of go-to-market planning and campaign measurement in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B environments Experience collaborating across marketing, product, supplier, and sales teams to align priorities and drive execution Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
