Online Community Manager

Calling all passionate advocates of the underwater world! Join the Apnea Dynamics team as our Online Community Manager and connect with our audience on a deeper level. You’ll be our brands’ social media savvy voice, fostering a positive online presence and building relationships with our free diving, adventure sports, and travel enthusiast communities.

From our award-winning Freedive Academy Panglao to our top-notch gear brand Go Deep Free diving and unforgettable experiences with Panglao Watersports & Tours – we do it all. Plus, we manage several other exciting brands! With our rapid expansion, brand-new office in Tangnan, and ongoing construction, there’s room for you to grow with us.

We’re looking for someone who’s more than just social media savvy. We envision an enthusiastic individual who shares our passion for free diving, adventure sports, and the wonders of Bohol. Being familiar with local landmarks and diving experiences will be a huge plus!

Monitor and engage with followers across social media platforms, online communities (free diving forums, travel groups), and review sites.

Respond to comments, questions, and feedback about free diving, our equipment, adventure sports in Bohol, and our brands in a timely and helpful manner.

Develop and execute online community-building strategies targeting free diving, adventure sports, and travel enthusiasts.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging campaigns that showcase Bohol and our aquatic adventures.

Track and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities within the free diving and adventure travel communities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities (free diving forums, travel groups), and best practices.

Familiarity with free diving, free diving equipment, and adventure sports.

Knowledge of popular tourist destinations and landmarks in Bohol is a major plus.

Ability to manage multiple online conversations simultaneously.

Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.

This is a full-time position based at our office in Tangnan, Panglao. We are seeking Filipinos living in Panglao, Tagbilaran, or willing to relocate. Remote work is not currently an option for this role.
