Our client is an award-winning, well-funded Online Media and Advertising Technology in scale-up mode (c200 staff and growing fast). Their full-stack solution is relied upon by major brands and their agencies across US, UK and Europe.
We are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee 10-15 Tier 1 US publishers based out of their NYC office (hybrid).
THE ROLE- Execute on renewal & retention Account Management strategy
- Ensure publishers are experimenting and leveraging the full suite of solutions
- Uncover new opportunities
- Have a system of irregular, informal contact as well as more formal QBRs with your publisher partners
- Test new / beta products with trusted clients and feeding back Product and Marketing
- Ensure promises and contractual obligations made by Sales/BD teams are being met
- Work alongside Technical Account Management during onboarding of new publishers and new products
- Deep experience of direct publisher account management, incl. aggregators & Ad networks
- Worked at an SSP, publisher technology or publisher-facing
- Proficiency in Ad Technologies especially with supply-side tools & mechanisms (prebid, header bidding, auction pricing & floor dynamics)
- Awareness and a current perspective on publishers' market challenges & opportunities (ie. AI, Privacy)
- Organised, with a bias for action
- Influencing and 'story-telling' communicating skills and comfort working alongside senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Autonomous working as part of a small but well-connected global team based in NYC, Chicago, London and wider Europe.
- Holistic working: feeding back market insight to bolster internal Product, Marketing and Operational capability
