Responsibilities
- learn all current and future internal content tools and use them for client campaigns, owned-brand campaigns, and exploratory campaigns for new potential opportunities.
- Your focus will be on optimizing the deployment of our tools to deliver as much traffic as possible to the intended destination.
- help to manage the existing remote content team, hire and train new members, analyze campaign data, and write reports on your progress and findings.
- Essentially, we are looking for someone creative enough to make or at least identify and understand good organic content, but primarily focused on thinking analytically and optimizing content for performance.
- Experience monetizing traffic on social media (brand deal on a personal social media account, success on Tik Tok shop, affiliate revenue of any kind, etc.)
- Experience growing organic social media accounts
- Experience with successfully running paid ads
- Experience with SEO optimization
- Experience with data analysis
