Founded and first planted in 2012 by Chase Renton, L'Angolo Estate is located on twenty-four acres in Oregon's Dundee Hills. The current winemaker is Tracy Kendall, and Chase continues as owner + director of winemaking, overseeing all operations. As a 100% estate winery specializing in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with total production of less than 2,500 cases, L'Angolo’s focus is on a strong DtC model supported by select restaurant + retail partnerships locally.
Position Summary
The wine club & marketing associate (full-time) works in conjunction with our brand ambassador(s), and reports to the estate director. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, relentlessly driven, self-motivated, capable of working independently, and confident in making sound decisions.
- Deliver elevated, high-touch, and memorable hospitality experiences for all guests, ensuring alignment with brand standards, discretion, and accurate storytelling
- Responsible for acting as a liaison - offering concierge level hospitality - in the planning, communication, and follow-up of guest visits + private events
- Develop meaningful relationships with our referral partners and assist in their needs
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and execution of on-site events
- Follow opening and closing guidelines, with strong attention to detail and maintaining the pristine condition of our estate
- Assist in the planning, communication, and follow-through for our two annual wine club shipments, monthly marketing campaigns and social media efforts
- Develop and manage ongoing relationships with individuals, members, and corporate clients through proactive outbound communication and consistent follow-up.
- Identify and execute client appreciation programs focused on retention and increasing spend
- Assist our third-party marketing team with on-site needs and attend monthly social media + marketing meeting
- Ensure accurate client records, notes, and follow-up activity within CRM systems.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and local events
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Current OLCC permit (or ability to acquire)
- Previous wine, luxury hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
- Motivation to sell, exceed goals, and grow within a company
- Work is predominately on-site with limited opportunities for remote work as appropriate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during hospitality and event execution.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 40 lbs. as needed.
