• Support the commercialization and execution of annual marketing plans for priority customers and brands
• Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager and sales teams to develop customer-specific plans and selling tools
• Monitor market trends and provide proactive recommendations for program execution
• Measure and evaluate program performance, sharing insights with Marketing and Sales
• Develop customer-specific merchandising tools and coordinate vendor partnerships for program execution

• 3+ years of experience in Customer/Trade Marketing, CPG/Bev Alc Brand Marketing, or Retail Media
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, or distributors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively

• Experience with syndicated data and key partners (Nielsen, Numerator, VIP)
• Beverage alcohol experience required; spirits experience preferred
• Creative and solutions-oriented problem solver
• Proficient in remote work tools:
  Teams, Zoom, Office Suite, etc.
