Responsibilities
- Help shape brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across three distinct verticals.
- Develop narratives that resonate with technical, high-context audiences skeptical of traditional marketing.
- Draft high-converting copy for landing pages, social, and newsletters—translating complex topics into must-read headlines.
- Design "flywheel" campaigns where content types feed each other (newsletter insights drive event registrations; event highlights grow social following).
- Own the marketing calendar across all Arkaea properties, ensuring consistent brand voice across email, Linked In, X, and web.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels for premium subscriptions and event sales.
- Lead end-to-end promotion for flagship events, from teaser campaigns through post-event content syndication.
- Collaborate with design on brand-consistent on-site activations and virtual attendee experiences.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, media, or a related field.
- Previous experience driving measurable audience growth and/or revenue outcomes.
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns: email, paid social, organic social, partnerships.
- Strong writing and content creation skills—you can craft copy that converts.
- Proficiency with core marketing tools: email platforms, analytics (GA4), paid ads (Meta, Linked In, Google).
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and making decisions based on metrics.
- Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple work streams and deadlines.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes full ownership of outcomes.
