• 10+ years of marketing automation experience, specifically with Adobe Marketo Engage
• Strong expertise in Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, and data governance best practices
• Proven track record in managing large-scale Marketo implementations and complex integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage required

• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and multi-touch attribution models
• Familiarity with email and landing page template updates and content creation within Marketo Engage
• Knowledge of API, Velocity Scripting, and custom integrations in Marketo Engage
• Proven ability to manage data migration between Marketo and enterprise systems
• Understanding of the broader Mar Tech ecosystem and digital marketing strategies
