Overview

Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC, (CCPHP) is seeking a multifaceted, ambitious, results-driven, creative marketer to execute and generate creative production, social media, and public relations in support of its current and future concierge medicine programs across the United States, and of its membership experience and wellness programs. The Marketing Specialist, Creative Marketing and Social Media role will work with our Marketing Manager to execute the production of the creative assets required to accomplish CCPHP’s primary objectives – drive brand awareness, member acquisition and revenue growth across CCPHP’s national concierge medicine programs – as well as manage the promotional channels (social media, event marketing, event production, public relations) required to drive brand awareness, member engagement, lead generation, and sales.

This role combines strategic management with hands-on creative execution and therefore will require proficiency in overseeing production of photography, videography, visual design, and copywriting. Experience performing, managing or supporting brand or influencer social media channels (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In) and public relations as well as event production is also preferred. While this role will support CCPHP’s full fleet of operations, the work will be based primarily in person at the New York/Florida Offices and will also include remote work via phone or video conference, electronically via text message and email, in-person at special events and/or overseeing creative production, or from time to time, at CCPHP’s offices in New York and/or Boca Raton, FL.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can both conceptualize and deliver compelling marketing campaigns and experiences, from social media and PR to event production and creative direction, while ensuring all output reflects the highest level of professionalism and brand consistency. You will be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to design, write, produce, and manage products as you are assisting with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the creative production for photography, videography, and graphic design supporting the CCPHP brand and member experience
  • Write copy for all external or member-facing communications, including branded copy, campaigns, and non-legal notice, in alignment with healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop campaign messaging and creative direction aligned with CCPHP growth objectives.
  • Support CCPHP’s public relations program, including coordination with a PR agency as needed.
  • Support organic social media program on Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In, including content creation, collaboration with creators and influencers, and agency coordination as needed.
  • Own and manage CCPHP’s digital presence and online reputation, ensuring brand consistency and credibility across all digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with CCPHP’s paid media agency to support promotion of organic content and ensure paid content assets meet CCPHP’s brand standards.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, including physician, member, and prospective-member events, conferences and promotional activations, manage vendors and agencies as assigned.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate impact, optimize creative strategies, and support measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure paid advertising and marketing initiatives include ROI tracking and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the marketing department and with other departments to deliver required creative and production efforts.
  • Take a proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to deliver projects end-to-end, from brainstorming and creative direction to asset production and implementation.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining quality across strategic and tactical work.
  • Represent CCPHP in a professional and high-quality manner.
