Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, has a keen interest in financial markets, and is eager to grow within a dynamic company. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our digital and social marketing initiatives, as well as managing our internal newsletters and other internal marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across various platforms.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including building email lists, crafting copy, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the trading and financial education space.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, events, and other community-building initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to complete tasks on time or ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the finance or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google/Meta Ads, Hub Spot, Keap/Infusion, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI to enhance process or create efficiency
  • A passion for financial markets and trading is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
