Remote Manager of Marketing Operations

• Own day-to-day administration of Hub Spot Marketing, including campaign setup and optimization.
• Manage Demandbase operations in partnership with Demand Gen Managers.
• Ensure Salesforce configurations align with marketing operations.
• Document marketing operations processes such as campaign intake and reporting.
• Maintain data quality and integrity within marketing metrics.
• Collaborate on tracking and measuring campaign performance effectively.
• Participate in marketing performance reporting and analysis for various intervals.
• Review Salesforce pipeline hygiene and identify risks.

• Expert‑level proficiency in Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations fundamentals and pipeline mechanics.
• Analytical skills to translate data into clear recommendations.
