An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paid Media Buyer to lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok platforms.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with additional channels such as Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit.

This role demands a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, proactive adaptation to platform updates, and effective management of organic social media posts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Meta and Tik Tok to drive e-commerce sales.
  • Optimise campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CLTV
    .
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Platform Advertising: Plan and execute campaigns on Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit
    , tailoring strategies to platform-specific audiences.
  • Explore emerging advertising platforms for new growth opportunities.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in paid media buying on Meta and Tik Tok within the e-commerce sector

  • Proven record of achieving KPIs in paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit advertising is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise strategies.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google Analytics
    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of organic social media strategies

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast‑paced agency environment or managing multiple e-commerce accounts.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or Woo Commerce
