• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing

• Experience in building and maintaining complex relationships

• Marketing experience in a large, fast-paced organization
• Experience in claims and/or crop insurance
• Demonstrated ability to generate innovative solutions to complex issues
• Advanced knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Familiarity with technology and software relevant to the insurance industry
