Job Overview:
We’re seeking a talented marketing account manager and copywriter to join the Cambridge Source Marketing Team. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with financial professionals across the country on their digital marketing needs, including website design and management, organic social media management, email campaigns, and integrated digital marketing campaigns. Serve as our clients’ trusted partner for all things digital marketing as you onboard, develop, and maintain relationships with team members and financial professionals.

• Consult with financial professionals and recommend marketing strategies based on their goals
• Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Quote and scope marketing solutions based on financial professional need and established service levels
• Provide account management support to current financial professional clients
• Write content for a variety of digital applications, including website, social media, and email
• Collaborate closely with Source Marketing team members to deliver marketing support in an agency environment
• Provide white-glove client service that fosters long-term relationships with financial professionals
• Maintain working knowledge of design trends, website best practices, digital media, social media, advertising, and marketing
• Create graphic elements using graphic design software (i.e. Canva)

• The ideal candidate would possess 4+ years of training, education, or experience in digital marketing, website, design, copywriting, marketing, account management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial services and/or in a marketing agency environment is a plus, but not required.

Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3x/week

$65,000 - 75,000/year

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.
