Marketing Coordinator

As we grow our footprint across the Midwest and nationwide, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who can help us tell our story with clarity and impact.

• Create project profiles, case studies, technical articles, award submissions, and web content.
• Ensure consistent brand application across collateral and digital channels.
• Coordinate and produce proposals and RFQ/RFP responses.
• Manage website updates, SEO efforts, and social media scheduling.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns.
• Coordinate conferences and industry events.
• Maintain organized collateral and marketing assets.
• Track marketing metrics and share insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience (preferably in professional services or AEC industry).
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
